AFTERCARE REMINDER
Saniderm helps protect the tattoo from bacteria and other elements for the best possible healing.
Keep the Saniderm on for 2-3 days. You may shower with it, but try not to soak the area too much, as it will weaken the adhesive. Avoid taking baths
You may see a little build-up of blood and plasma mixed with ink under the Saniderm. This is perfectly normal. If there's a large amount of build-up, you may remove the Saniderm after 24 hours.
Once you remove the Saniderm from your tattoo, make sure you gently wash the tattoo with unscented antibacterial soap and pat or air dry.
Apply a very thin layer of suggested ointment 2-3 times a day for 2 weeks, until the tattoo is fully healed (no more peeling, dry, or cracked skin).
DO NOT PICK OR SCRATCH the tattoo as this can damage it during healing.
Keep out of saltwater, prolonged sun exposure, and chlorine for at least 4 weeks.
DO NOT re-bandage the tattoo after the initial bandage is removed.
